Directions to Install Rotor and Vane Placement Kit

Disassembly of Rotor and Shaft Seal

1. Remove rotor cover, gasket, rotor, vanes, and rotor key

Replacing Rotor, Rotor Key, Vanes, and Cover Gasket

1. Slide the rotor onto the motor shaft
2. Align rotor with shaft and insert rotor key
3. Install vanes all facing same direction
4. Place gasket in indentation, ensure it is properly seated
5. Install new rotor cover
