How to replace a bypass kit on FR300 pump

WARNING: Relieve pump pressure and disconnect power prior to starting

Directions to replace the Bypass Valve

Disassembling the Bypass Valve

Note: Bypass valve is located on front of pump housing

1. Use wrench or socket to remove bypass cap

2. Use needle nose pliers to remove bypass poppet

Replacing the Bypass Valve

3. Install O-ring onto bypass cap

4. Insert bypass poppet tip-side first into opening

5. Install cap and O-ring into opening

6. Turn until hand tight

7. Use wrench to secure
