Installing a GPI G20 Fuel Transfer Pump

  1. Add thread tape to all threaded parts of the pump, hoses, suction pipes and adapters.
  2. Tightly install the included bung adapter on the fuel tank
  3. Install the gasket and suction pipe on the pump
  4. Extend the suction pipe to its full length
  5. Install the pump on the bung adapter
  6. Tighten down the spin collar
  7. Attach the nozzle holder to the back of the pump using a 4 mm hex wrench
  8. Add the o-ring to the pump outlet
  9. Thread the hose into the hose adapter, then attach the hose adapter to the outlet with 5 mm hex wrench
  10. Tighten the hose in place to prevent leaks
  11. Attach your nozzle to the open end of the hose
