Installing a GPI G20 Fuel Transfer Pump
- Add thread tape to all threaded parts of the pump, hoses, suction pipes and adapters.
- Tightly install the included bung adapter on the fuel tank
- Install the gasket and suction pipe on the pump
- Extend the suction pipe to its full length
- Install the pump on the bung adapter
- Tighten down the spin collar
- Attach the nozzle holder to the back of the pump using a 4 mm hex wrench
- Add the o-ring to the pump outlet
- Thread the hose into the hose adapter, then attach the hose adapter to the outlet with 5 mm hex wrench
- Tighten the hose in place to prevent leaks
- Attach your nozzle to the open end of the hose
