M30 Fuel Meter + GPI Fuel Filter Kit + GPI G20 Fuel Transfer Pump = Easy install process
Have a GPI G20 Fuel Transfer Pump, an M30 Fuel Meter and a GPI Fuel Filter Kit? Here is how to install them together.
Installing a M30 Fuel Meter and a GPI Filter Kit on a G20 Fuel Transfer Pump
- Add thread tape to all threaded parts of the pump, hoses, suction pipes and adapters.
- Tightly install the included bung adapter on the fuel tank
- Install the gasket and suction pipe on the pump
- Extend the suction pipe to its full length
- Install the pump on the bung adapter
- Tighten down the spin collar
- Attach the nozzle holder to the back of the pump using a 4 mm hex wrench
- Install the o-ring to the pump outlet
- Install the quick fit filter adapter to the pump outlet using a 5 mm hex wrench
- Install the fuel filter and o-ring onto the filter adapter
- Attach the M30 Meter to the outlet port of the filter adapter with a 10 mm crescent wrench
- Attach the hose to the hose adapter
- Install the o-ring and hose adapter onto the outlet port of the M30 meter with a 5 mm hex wrench
- Tighten the hose into the adapter to prevent leaks and drips
- Attach your nozzle to the hose
