How to Install a GPRO V25 Fuel Transfer Pump

10 steps is all it takes to get a GPRO V25 Pump put in place


Putting a GPI V25 Fuel Transfer Pump on a tank can be pretty easy. Just follow the steps below and you'll be good to go.

Installing a GPI V25 Fuel Transfer Pump Walkthrough

  1. Apply thread tape to all threads on bung adapters, hoses, pipes, etc.
  2. Install the suction pipe on the included bung adapter and extend the pipe to its full length
  3. Install bung adapter onto fuel tank and tighten tightly into place
  4. Install the V25 pump on top of the adapter
  5. Use a 4 mm hex wrench to attach the nozzle holder to the pump
  6. Add the o-ring the pump outlet
  7. Attach the hose to the hose adapter
  8. Attach the hose adapter to the pump using a 5 mm hex wrench
  9. Tighten the hose into place
  10. Attach your nozzle to the open end of the hose
