How to Install Fill-Rite KIT300RG Kit

WARNING: Relieve pump pressure and disconnect power prior to starting

Directions to Install KIT300RG Kit

Disassembly of Rotor

1. Remove rotor cover
2. Remove gasket
3. Remove vanes
4. Remove rotor insert

Replacing Rotor, Rotor Key, Vanes, and Cover Gasket

1. Slide rotor insert into back of the rotor
2. Slide rotor onto the rotor shaft
3. Install vanes all facing the same direction
4. Place gasket in indentation, ensure it is properly seated
5. Install rotor cover
