      RPP Oil Extension Tube Guide

      RPP3:1 & RPP5:1 Standard Oil Pumps Include: 

      • 3:1 Air operated oil pump, standard duty 
      • AFT2000, Air Regulator 
      • ET10000, with foot valve and strainer for standard pump 
        • 1 x 8'' extension (ET10200) and 1 x 20'' extension (ET10500) 

      Assembly of the ET10000 on the RPP3:1 and RPP5:1 

      • You must remove the foot valve and hose barb from the pump stub to attach the extensions

      RPP3:1 and RPP5:1 Extension Combinations and Lengths 

      • Pump stub length with the foot valve and strainer equals 6'' to 9'' below the tank seal 
      • Pump stub with ET10000 (32'' two-part oil extension tube)
        • 34'' to 37'' below tank seal 
      • Pump stub with ET10000 and ET100002 (extension sleeve for ET10000/ET10200) 
        • 63'' to 66'' below tank seal 
      • Pump stub with ET10000, ET100002, and ET10500 (20'' extension 500 mm) 
        • 54'' to 57'' below tank seal 
        • 42'' to 45'' below tank seal Pump stub with ET10000, ET10002, and ET10200 (SHORT EXTENSION 8'' 200MM) 

      Bulk Oil Container Depth 

      • 16 Gallon Drum = 26'' seal to pump 
      • 30 Gallon Drum = 27'' seal to pump 
      • 55 Gallon Drum = 33.5'' seal to pump 
      • 275 Gallon Tank = 38.75'' seal to pump 
      • 330 Gallon Tank = 47'' seal to pump
